Used or Pre-loved records as we like to refer to it, due to the nature of it might contain scratches or defects which we did not observe during our preparation process. All Used Records are graded according to the international best practice standards to the best of our abilities, but you might find minor issues during playback in rare instances. We are unable to 100% guarantee complete precision and uninterrupted playback.

All our Pre-loved records are professionally cleaned with precision Record Cleaning machines. We use Echo friendly cleaning solutions that reduces static charge and does not compromise the Vinyl Record label or the Record itself. 

- Packaging 
All records are carefully packaged in a non-static plastic Vinyl Jacket, then wrapped in bubble wrap and put in an appropriate Carton box according to the size of your order.

- Orders & Delivery
As soon as we receive confirmation of your payment, we process your order and ship it according to the option you selected during the online checkout process.

Our average delivery time is 5 to 7 working days.

You will receive a customer invoice and confirmation of shipping by mail or Whatsapp.

*Please ensure that you provide us with your precise details which includes your correct delivery address, email and telephone number.

-Postage 
The standard minimum charges by Courier Services, PostNet or Interbranch Transfer Services like Paxi (Pep) are R110 and onwords. These rates will apply* unless otherwise arranged with you.
